We’re looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join a large-scale banking environment and support the delivery of payment and financial services solutions. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, requiring close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, and legal teams.
You will be responsible for translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements, ensuring end-to-end traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle, and helping shape sustainable, scalable solutions within a highly regulated financial environment.
Location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid work model with onsite presence required 3 days per week)
Contract Type: Employment Contract (UoP) only.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain integrations and web interfaces connecting internal systems with external stakeholders
Develop and enhance enterprise applications supporting core leasing and business operations
Build and maintain solutions using Oracle technologies, including PL/SQL and SQL development
Support integration initiatives and advise development teams on technical implementation approaches Participate in software testing, validation, and quality assurance activities
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
Conduct technical assessments and contribute to feasibility studies for new initiatives
Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications
Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices
Share knowledge and support technical growth within development teams
Contribute actively to Agile ceremonies and cross-functional collaboration
Identify opportunities for process improvements, innovation, and enhanced customer experience
Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, maintainability, and performance standards
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of professional software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle technologies and architecture
Advanced knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Experience working with Oracle WebLogic Experience with Oracle SOA Suite
Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
Strong expertise in designing and optimizing SQL queries, procedures, functions, and scripts
Good understanding of Java and willingness to further develop Java-related skills
Experience working with cloud-based environments and deployment processes
Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar collaboration tools
Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum and/or Kanban
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
English proficiency required Polish proficiency at minimum B2 level
Nice to have:
Experience with OutSystems platform
Experience with enterprise integration platforms and solutions
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
Exposure to large-scale enterprise environments
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and integration patterns
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
