Responsibilities:

• Understand and own the assigned products end-to-end, from business value to technical detail.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess requirements and translate them into clear, detailed user stories and specifications.

• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog (epics, features, stories) and support agile ceremonies.

• Work closely with developers and architects to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with system architecture.

• Define and validate acceptance criteria; ensure delivery meets the Definition of Ready/Done.

• Document workflows, expected system behavior, and edge cases using tools like UML.

• Analyze issues and support configurations using SQL and basic scripting.

• Foster open communication across teams to eliminate silos and ensure shared understanding.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in IT/business analysis, ideally in the payments or fintech domain.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Economics.

• Strong experience in agile environments (e.g., SAFe, LeSS, DevOps).

• Ability to write precise specifications and describe expected system behaviors.

• Technical understanding of front-/back-end technologies (e.g., Angular, Java); SQL knowledge is essential.

• Experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
