We are looking for a Software Developer with experience in C#, .NET, React/JavaScript, and SharePoint, who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-class business applications. The candidate will translate business requirements into technical solutions, optimize systems in terms of performance, security, and quality, and participate in testing and documenting solutions. The work is carried out in an Agile/Scrum environment, with the opportunity to lead a development team and have a tangible impact on technological standards. The role is for a European Union Agency with an office in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise software solutions in the Microsoft/.NET and SharePoint ecosystem.

• Lead technical teams and contribute to defining development standards and best practices.

• Translate requirements into system architecture and software design (UML).

• Develop and maintain multi-layered applications (data, business logic, UI).

• Optimize software in terms of performance, security, and quality.

• Estimate development effort and provide input for project planning.

• Produce and maintain technical documentation.

• Collect and interpret software metrics, manage configuration and releases.

• Contribute to requirements analysis, testing (manual and automated), quality assurance, change management, deployment.

• Act as 2nd/3rd line support and develop testing/prototyping tools as needed.

Requirements

• Citizenship: EU nationality is mandatory.

• Education: ICT-relevant degree (mandatory).

• Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience.

  • Minimum 3 years in similar projects/technologies.

• Certification: At least one advanced-level certification in software development technology domain, or an internationally recognized equivalent (subject to validation by the Contracting Authority).

• Languages: English at B2+ level (verbal and written).

• Technical skills and knowledge:

  • Full lifecycle experience of at least one complete solution.

  • Expert knowledge in developing enterprise-level software systems.

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript & React.

  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint 2019, Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Framework.

  • Proficiency in UML and ability to design applications using UML.

  • Experience with Visual Studio / Visual Studio Code.

  • Knowledge of manual and automated testing.

  • Experience working in Scrum/agile environments.

  • Ability to lead teams, document technical solutions, and solve complex problems.

Offer

• Rate: 340-370 EUR/MD net + VAT (negotiable)

• Start date: Maximum 1 month notice period.
