Power Platform Developer (Senior)

We’re now looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to join a high-energy team focused on designing and delivering scalable digital solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem. In this role, you will combine hands-on development expertise with architectural thinking, helping transform complex business requirements into secure, user-friendly applications. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders while contributing to best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The role is based in Poland (Wrocław) – hybrid work – visiting office 2-3 times in a month.

Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and develop scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio

• Build secure and maintainable applications aligned with enterprise standards and business requirements

• Develop and manage integrations with Microsoft ecosystem services and external platforms using APIs and custom connectors

• Work with Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure services

• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and effective digital solutions

• Collaborate with stakeholders through workshops, requirement gathering, and solution architecture discussions

• Act as a technical advisor, presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Mentor less experienced developers and promote engineering best practices

• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to leverage new platform capabilities and emerging technologies

• Contribute to solution security, scalability, performance, and maintainability

Requirements:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform

• Strong practical experience with Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven, Power Pages), Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, and Azure

• Experience designing and implementing secure solutions, including authentication, RBAC, DLP policies, and secret management

• Strong understanding of APIs, custom connectors, integrations, and data modeling

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and application designs

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Good understanding of frontend technologies such as React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS

• Experience mentoring developers and supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives

• Good command of English (B2+ level or higher)

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

• Experience in business process analysis and optimization

• Familiarity with RPA solutions and AI integrations within the Power Platform ecosystem

• Experience facilitating technical workshops
