Lead QA Engineer - JS/TS, Playwright

We're building AI-first products for logistics and high-load systems, working with clients in the US and Europe. Looking for two people to grow our QA team - must already be comfortable using AI in daily work.

- Leading and growing a QA team
- Building QA processes and standards
- Driving AI adoption across the QA department
- 5+ years in automation (any stack), with at least 1 year of commercial experience on our stack (JS/TS, Playwright)
- Manual testing experience required
- Hands-on experience building your own AI agents required - commercial or personal projects both count

🗣 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞: Russian-speaking candidates only, English B2+.
📍 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦:
Mainly Belarus, Poland, Russia - also open to other European countries (except Cyprus and Serbia).

Fully remote, compensation discussed individually depending on your location:
