Responsibilities:

lead the technical execution and strategic direction of the migration effort from ECAS DS to Triple AI/ML Studio,
act as the primary technical authority, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards,
coordinate and manage the full-scale migration of nine projects during Phase 2.
develop and implement strategies for seamless migration and integration of platforms,
work closely with teams across different time zones, including India, Poland (Product Owner), and the US (Delivery Manager),
ensure effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams,
provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment,
evaluate existing and target platforms, providing expert recommendations to streamline the migration process,
ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and organizational goals,
establish an effective work schedule during onboarding, with potential adjustments based on project requirements.

Requirements:

proven experience leading complex technical migrations, particularly within AI/ML or data platform environments,
hands-on expertise with AI/ML frameworks, cloud-based solutions, and tools such as SageMaker, Kubeflow, or similar ecosystems,
strong understanding of architectural principles, governance processes, and best practices for platform migrations,
advanced proficiency in Python, with additional experience in similar programming languages,
familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like GitLab CI,
demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and effectively manage multiple stakeholders,
strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address technical and strategic challenges,
excellent communication skills to present technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences,
flexibility to work part-time on certain days and full-time on others, as agreed upon during onboarding.
