AI & Automation Engineer (Workflow + AI Agents)

We are looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Engineer who will support building and deploying AI agents, workflows and MVPs in real client environments.

This role combines low-code / automation tools with light backend work, enabling fast prototyping and early-stage production setups under the guidance of senior engineers and product owners.

You will work closely with venture builders, backend architects and clients to turn business processes into working AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Building AI-powered MVPs and product prototypes using AI coding tools (e.g. Cursor, Replit, Lovable)

• Implementing AI agents and automation workflows in client environments (Zapier, Make, n8n, native tools)

• Supporting backend-related tasks needed for AI agents:

• API integrations

• basic data pipelines

• simple backend services or scripts

• Mapping and documenting business processes using BPM / n-4 methodology, with senior support

• Preparing automation scenarios combining workflows, AI agents and backend components

• Writing user stories and technical task descriptions based on functional and non-functional requirements

• Creating simple frontend layers for MVPs (Carrd, Framer, WordPress, Wix)

• Preparing and supporting technical and discovery workshops for clients

• Collecting and structuring client needs, constraints and technical requirements

• Coordinating small execution tasks between:

• no-code / low-code tools

• AI agent development

• venture building teams

Qualifications

• Practical experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)

• Basic backend understanding:

• APIs (REST)

• simple scripts (Python / JS)

• data handling (JSON, CSV, basic DB concepts)

• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, Replit, Copilot, Lovable or similar)

• Ability to deploy and test solutions inside client environments

• Experience building simple websites or dashboards

• Comfortable working in fast-moving, early-stage product environments

• “Warrior mindset” – ownership, autonomy, ability to execute in a dynamic setup

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure / AWS / GCP – basic level)

• Light DevOps exposure (env vars, secrets, simple deployments)

• Previous work with AI agents, LLM-based workflows or RAG setups

• Understanding of venture building / startup execution
