Requirements:
● 4+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems, RAG, conversational agents or other AI-driven applications
● Experience working in a product team in a software development environment
● Proven experience leading ML projects, making strategic technical decisions, and mentoring engineers
● Experience building and deploying ML models in cloud environments, utilizing containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
● Experience with MLOps best practices, model monitoring, and model versioning
● Good to have understanding of data engineering concepts and workflow
● Strong product-oriented thinking with a deep understanding of customer needs and domain-specific challenges.
● Strong programming and engineering skills, with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable AI systems.
● Clear, effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, actionable solutions for cross-functional teams.
● Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken
Responsibilities:
● Build & Deploy AI Solutions: Build and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable AI/ML pipelines for processing large volumes of textual data. Work with orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster) to manage complex data workflows
● Enhance & Optimize: Leverage APIs, vector databases, and prompt engineering to improve system performance and efficiency
● Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to create user-centric, AI-driven solutions
● Experiment & Learn: Run experiments, embrace fast failures, and iterate quickly for continuous product improvement
● Mentor & Grow: Share knowledge, support team growth, and stay ahead of AI trends to drive innovation
