For our Partner, we are looking for a candidate for the position of NLP Engineer for a project in the pharmaceutical industry.

Project description

The project focuses on leveraging AI to automate repetitive, research-intensive tasks related to vendor audit reports. The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing AI-driven solutions to organize, compare, and complete audit reports, significantly reducing manual work and improving efficiency of business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing AI workflows focused on NLP, including prompt engineering and multi-step workflows.

• Building and maintaining reusable prompt libraries.

• Developing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and semantic search.

• Integrating OCR and text extraction solutions.

• Working with OpenAI models (especially GPT-4o and Enterprise features).

• Writing clean, production-ready Python code using the OpenAI API.

• Collaborating closely with backend, frontend, and product teams.

• Presenting technical concepts in a clear way to both business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (with the possibility of promotion to Senior).

• Strong expertise in NLP and advanced prompt engineering.

• Proven hands-on experience with Python and the OpenAI API.

• Experience with RAG pipelines and semantic search.

• Experience with OCR and text extraction.

• English proficiency at C1 level or above.

• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment (backend, frontend, product).
