Salary:
up to 10,000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)
up to 12,000 PLN nett (B2B Contract) + 20 days of paid vacation
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ownership and subject matter expert for tools such as: Google Workspace, 1Password, Slack.
Ownership on monitoring and security of networks and network devices within Netguru office, updating network systems and managing their life cycle.
Analysis of the organization's IT needs, selection and implementation of new technologies, applications or solutions.
Close cooperation with other IT Operations Team members.
Support for the Leader of the IT Operations Team as part of the search for the best IT & Sec solutions for business.
Close cooperation with other departments in the company, in particular with Security and Legal departments.
Consultation and implementation of solutions and requirements of IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams.
Preparing and updating documentation, both internal and stakeholder facing
Knowledge sharing for IT & Sec teams and for Netguru organizations.
Knowledge and implementation of change management process across the company
Automation support, verification and process creation for non-tech departments.
Being a part of the procurement process for new tools, applications and solutions for the company.
Automation of processes and tools for the IT Ops department and other units in the organization, and maintenance of these automation.
Requirements
Must-haves:
At least 3 years of relevant prior experience.
Proven experience with Google Workspace Administration and Configuration, SAML, SSO, API utilisation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
English at a minimum B2 level and fluent Polish
Located in Poland
Flexible and proactive approach to tasks.
Nice-to-haves: Middleware usage ie., Zapier, Slack Workflows.
