Our project portfolio is growing, and so is our Java development team! We are looking for skilled Java Engineers (at both regular and senior levels) to join our project teams. What you will do

  • Discover, design, and implement technical solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

  • Develop new features from requirements through to production deployment

  • Work as a member of an Agile team, exchanging ideas and solving problems collaboratively.

  • Design and write technical documentation.

  • Collaborate closely with other development teams, project stakeholders, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • 3-5 years of commercial experience as a Java Developer.

  • Strong knowledge of Java 17+ and Spring Boot.

  • Experience with event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ).

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.

  • Good grasp of SQL and time-series databases (e.g. InfluxDB).

  • Solid understanding of HTTP protocol and REST API design.

  • Familiarity with design patterns, programming principles, and unit/integration testing.

  • Good English communication skills (min. B2), both verbal and written.

Industry focus

Experience in the e-mobility or renewable energy domains, such as building:

  • Charge Point Management Systems

  • Virtual Power Plants (VPPs)

  • Demand Response solutions

Familiarity with one or more industry protocols:

  • OpenADR 2.0b (Automated Demand Response)

  • OCPP 1.6j / 2.0.1 (Open Charge Point Protocol)

  • OCPI 2.1.1 / 2.2.1 (Open Charge Point Interface)

  • IEEE 2030.5 (SEP 2.0)

  • SunSpec Modbus

  • EEBUS

Nice to have

  • Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Exposure to microservice architecture.

  • Experience with other messaging systems (Kafka, AWS SNS/SQS, Azure Service Bus).

  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, InfluxDB).

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

  • Some experience with Node.js, .NET, or React.
