We are seeking an Office Automation Expert with PowerShell experience to join our client's team on a project for one of the EU institutions in Brussels (relocation is required).

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure software components for PC, Mac, and mobile devices

  • Administer the local IT environment (workplace-focused)

  • Define and document configurations of workplace environments

  • Document operational support procedures

  • Draft technical content for the knowledge base

  • Administer and monitor security in accordance with the Parliament’s central and local security policies (including antivirus protection)

  • Manage software assets and licences

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in PowerShell scripting

  • Very good knowledge of Office Automation tools (MS Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, productivity apps)

  • Experience with digital workplace and mobile computing

  • Proficient in MS Windows configuration tools and Active Directory policy management

Certifications

  • ITIL V4 Foundation certification required

    • or willingness to obtain within 3 months from start

Soft Skills

  • Highly autonomous and reliable

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Language Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken

Offer:

  • Rate: 450-500 EUR/MD + VAT
