Wymagania
Backend Development
PHP Expertise – You bring 5+ years of commercial experience working with PHP (7 or higher), and feel confident designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems at scale.
Clean, Scalable Code – You write clean, testable, and maintainable code, and are comfortable using tools like Git, PHPUnit, PHPStan, and CSFixer.
Database Skills – You’re fluent in relational databases like PostgreSQL, and know how to design performant schemas, write efficient queries, and manage migrations.
Software Engineering Principles
Architecture & Design – You apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and understand how to structure scalable, modular systems in a product context.
API Design – You have experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs, and know how to collaborate with frontend and mobile teams on API contracts.
Leadership & Collaboration
Team Collaboration – You’ve worked in cross-functional product teams (e.g., with frontend, mobile, UX/UI, QA), and understand how to deliver end-to-end product features.
Mentoring & Code Quality – You enjoy supporting other engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and raising the bar for engineering quality.
Ownership Mentality – You take initiative, seek solutions—not just tasks—and are comfortable making architectural decisions and trade-offs.
English Proficiency – You can read and write technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and communicate effectively with team members across roles and locations.
Tech Leadership
You have experience as a Tech Lead and you’re able to:
Coordinate technical efforts within a product team and clients.
Ensure effective delivery aligned with product and technical goals.
Support estimation, planning, and technical decision-making.

Experience with Kubernetes, React, or Flutter.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS.

This is a great opportunity if you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative tech environment and enjoy taking ownership of both code and product outcomes. You’ll work in a cross-functional team where backend, frontend, mobile, and design come together to deliver user-centric features with real impact.
As a Tech Lead, you’ll ensure scalability, performance, and reliability, with a strong focus on database optimization. You’ll drive technical direction, oversee solution quality, and contribute to system architecture.
The role also includes developing integrations with external systems and building internal tools to support other teams. Experience with SAP is a strong plus.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Technology and CTPO, report to the Backend Team Lead, and help align technical decisions with stakeholders and clients.
