We’re looking for a Unity Team Lead to take full ownership over the team driving the first 7-day experience of new players — one of the most critical journeys in our product.

You’ll be responsible for shaping the team’s direction, setting standards, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver features that help millions of players get excited to come back from their very first session. We offer a hybrid work model with flexibility at our growing Warsaw office.

Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of cross-organizational infra projects from requirements to production

  • Lead a multi-discipline team of highly skilled and passionate engineers

  • Conduct the team ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retro meetings

  • Evaluate technologies, run proof of concepts, and promote changes in the technological stack

  • Lead changes, guide and collaborate with other development teams in the company

  • Be an effective part of owning and supporting the team’s services in multiple production environments

  • Use, learn and share best practices for high-quality design, code, and tests

  • Mentor developers to help them grow and evolve their technical skills

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience leading a development team as a manager/tech lead - a must

  • Expert in C# & Unity engine - a must

  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in software development

  • Experience working on Production (released games)

  • Proficiency in developing complex systems at large scale

  • Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to make an impact
