Senior System Analyst – Project for EU Organization (Warsaw / Remote).

For our Partner, we are looking for an experienced System Analyst (Advanced level) to join a long-term project for an EU organization based in Warsaw. The role involves maintaining and developing applications in a structured and international environment, using UML and Sparx Enterprise Architect. You will be part of a team of analysts working directly with the client.

Requirements (Must Have):

Certified UML knowledge (minimum Intermediate level certificate or equivalent).
English at C1 level, confirmed by a certificate issued by a certified language assessment centre.
Minimum 8 years of professional IT experience (excluding time spent during first-degree studies).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (System Analyst or equivalent), also excluding academic period.
Higher education – minimum (Bachelor’s/Engineer degree).
Experience working with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with system modeling in UML.
Availability to start ASAP.

Nice to Have:

Experience working in public sector or large organizations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Offer:

Rate: 160 – 180 PLN/h net + VAT
